If you are runninng your "When" program now, you should Close it.

When you see the Download Box:
Save
Open
Install
Click Next, Next, Next, Next, Finish
Click on the Windows "Start" button, then click on
the When icon a couple inches above to run "When".
Your DOS "When" messages should load in automatically
if you have the DOS version of "When".
"When" for Windows should run each time you power up
your computer.

You could edit your Autoexec.bat file to disable the DOS When program.
Put REM in front of the lines for WHEN.
